Due to the population MFCH serves, staff are required to be awake as well as alert on all shifts. We also accommodate clients with higher need supervision as well.

MFCH provides insured, safe, and reliable transportation to all medical appointments as well as community outings and activities.

Staff are trained medication passers. Staff monitors and dispenses medication as prescribed by doctors.  Also, MFCH has a full time registered nurse on staff to help with client medical needs. The nurse helps with all doctor appointments as well.

Staff has a shift-based cleaning log for daily cleaning.  Also has a maintenance to keep up with the wear and tear of the homes.  MFCH homes are pest free and check quarterly.

Meals are homemade.  Each home has a weekly menu with homemade meals with little to no processed foods.  We also have flexible menu for picky eaters.

All staff are CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) trained in proactive ways to manage behaviors both using verbal de-escalation as well as physical intervention (if needed in emergency situations).

MFCH staff are trained to help with all cares (as needed).  A hygiene log is used to ensure all hygiene is complete.

MFCH personalizes their program to meet each individual personal needs and goals. We embrace everyone unique individuality. We have a full time master level social worker (APSW) to help with individualized program needs.
