Q: What funding sources does MFCH use?
A: Currently MFCH is contracted with Community Care through Family Care. Also, MFCH accepts private pay. We are currently looking to contract with different Manage Care Organizations (MCO) as well.
Q: What experience do you need to work for MFCH? Do you need to have your CBRF training to work here?
A: Although CBRF certified applicants are preferred, are willing to train the right motivated individual. Also needs to be 18 and older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Q: What is required to be full time employee?
A: Minimum of 36 hours week a week, every other weekend (12-hour shifts). Attending team meetings and trainings required. Schedule flexibility as well.
Q: What kind of residents do we serve?
A: We specialize in residents with challenging behaviors who are mentally ill, developmentally disabled, and autistic (both verbal and non-verbal).
Q: What kind of benefits do we offer?
